Are there any age restrictions to purchase from OhMyBP?
Yes, all customers must be 18 years or older to purchase from OhMyBP. Our catalogue contains products of an adult nature, and by making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept our terms and conditions.
How do I place an order?

What is the production time for my order?
Since all our products are handmade to your specifications, production time typically takes 3-7 days. For in-stock items, shipping usually occurs within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that these timelines may vary due to global situations like COVID-19.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within one day after placing your order. Because our products are custom-made, once we begin production, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us via email or messenger with your order number to request changes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, ApplePay, and PayPal for your convenience.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! Our Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are delivered by email and include instructions for redemption at checkout. OhMyBP Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.

How are orders packed?
Your order will be packed with the utmost discretion. Our packaging ensures that the contents and the source of the package remain confidential.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! OhMyBP offers express shipping via DHL Express and standard shipping options for all orders.
When will my purchase ship?
We want you to receive your new product as quickly as possible. Production typically takes 3-7 days. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You can see the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Delivery by DHL or FedEx takes 2-4 business days depending on your location. Standard delivery via USPS or DPD typically takes 1-2 weeks. These timelines may vary due to COVID-19. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. These charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
What if my package is returned?
If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up in time, you’ll need to pay for the second shipment. If you choose not to pay for the reshipment, we will refund 50% of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my product?
Returns and exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item due to our mistake.
- You received an item with a defect (each case is reviewed individually).
- You received an item of a different color due to our mistake.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within seven days of receiving your product and provide photos as proof. We will offer a refund or exchange once we confirm the issue. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and OhMyBP will cover all associated costs, including shipping and taxes.
When is a return not possible?
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- The product is a custom order.
- The product is a catsuit or bodysuit (for hygiene reasons).
If the product does not fit properly, we may be able to adjust it under our exchange terms.
Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- You received the wrong size due to your own mistake (customer pays for all costs).
- You received the wrong size or color due to our mistake (OhMyBP covers all costs).
Please contact us within seven days of receiving your product and provide photos as proof. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will send you the correct size or color.
When is an exchange not possible?
Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- You received the correct order but changed your mind.
- The product has been used.
- The product is a custom order, including engraved items.
- More than 14 days have passed since you received the order.
