We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
For U.S. customers: Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once the return is accepted) and place a separate purchase order for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
