Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send returns without first requesting a return authorization. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once the return is accepted) and place a separate purchase order for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to your original method of payment.
